    i just subscribed to XBOX LIVE GOLD MEMBERSHIP 1 month trial. On Pc in my microsft account i can see my subscription but not on console.

    When you claim the free trial month with gold from your console it doesn't appears for the trial membership doesn't offers all the perks of a paid gold membership.

    My son has a gold membership on his 360. I don't have a gold membership. If I add my son's profile to my new Xbox One, then it will give me gold membership as well?

    Sorry to hear it. The pic looks as though you are trying to enter a code through the website here. Can you please try redeeming it from the console?

    You can do this on the console by pressing the Guide button on the controller then scroll left and select Redeem Code. Once entered the membership should immediately apply to your gamertag.

    If you continue to have issues on the console be sure to record the 8 digit error code you receive and post it back here.

    (I dont think I could change the code for a US one since its been 5 months already plus they didnt want to change it)

    That would be the issue then. Gold membership codes are region locked. Your gamertag's region would need to be set for Singapore in order to be used.

  9. I made another account and my gamertag/acc. was set to Singapore but I still couldnt use the code

    If the code was purchased in Singapore and it is not working for a Singapore account then the issue may be that it was not activated at point of purchase. Take it back to the store and have them activate the code.

    I think you'd be best to contact phone support then so they can see if the card was actually activated.

    I didnt buy the code in Singapore but the code just said it was from Singapore.I already went to the store before and told them it wasnt working and they just told me to make a new account and I did but I still couldnt use it :<
