Can't claim item from the vault.

Hi,

So I noticed that 12 months of Xbox Live is now available again in the vault but I'm unable to claim this item.

I have enough gems (2,774 as of writing this) and the item costs 2,000.

I've tried multiple browsers, on multiple devices, on multiple different connections with no luck.

The message reads:

HMMM…

Something went wrong, and we’re unable to process your request. Please reach out on our support forum for assistance.

The only clue I have to why this isn't working is a 404 error with the AJAX POST request (found in console):

POST Xbox Live Rewards 404 (Not Found)

Viewing this page directly shows a {success: 0} message (so the request page does at least exist), which to me (I'm a developer) would mean the POST request is not valid.

Hopefully the above will give you enough to go on.

I'll keep trying from time to time and if it ends up working I'll let you know.

My VIP gem conversion to rewards credits

Hello sK WHISKEYBOB,

Since that item is Out of Stock in the Vault, you cannot claim any copies of that item since there are none left in the Vault.

From the FAQ:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?



If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours.

Since it has been less than 96 hours since that item became available in the vault, it is too soon to see them as pending.

 

im having the same come up on mine 2 and i just tryed it
