Can't Claim 6000 Points for Lego Star Wars Skywalker Saga.

It isn't letting me claim the 6000 Reward points for buying Lego Star Wars Skywalker Saga. I bought the standard edition, not pre ordered, and everytime I click claim it brings me to the Lego Star Wars store page and instead of buy it says Not Available Currently. It never gives me the points and I've hard reset multiple times, I think it's a problem with Xbox themselves, not me. I'd appreciate any input, I'd love to have this resolved before the Spring Sale is over as I'd like to redeem a $25 gift card with the 6000 points from Lego Star Wars.

I have the same problem. Purchased the deluxe addition and i can't receive the 6000 points.

I've bought it twice, the Deluxe edition for myself and the regular for my cousin and still didnt received my points
