    Can't claim 40% off Gold from homepage


    Homepage shows 40% off, but when I select 12 months it shows the full price. Went into chat with "Bong" on the chat support and after one hour of chat I was directed here as they can't help with anything. What is going on? Please help!

    Read that fine print: "Games with Gold offer for paid Gold members only; active Gold membership required to play downloaded Xbox One games."

    Well, isn't the free trial for Live Gold?

    I can't play online multiplayer, and on the dashboard's homepage I see the large "Try Gold" advertisement.

    My country is Italy.

    There isn't any active support here for issues like this. These are user forums for the most part. Chat or Twitter can't support account issues as they don't have the resources to access your account.

    Phone support for your region would probably be the best way to resolve this. Is there a limitation stated on whether it is for new subs or can be used to extend an existing subscription? I ask because I don't see that offer on my homepage.

    I think you're referring to the Games with Gold games, not Game Pass games. There should be a tile on the 360 homepage for Gold that gives you the option to claim the One games there to download in the future. You can also try just claiming them from the website.
