Can't choose this option payment try contacting your bank ?

So basically,I am trying to pre-order GTA V with my mastercard wich is the card I always buy stuff with on xbox live and now when I try to purchase the game it tells me to contact my bank.

I contacted Mastercard that told me everything was fine with the card but they did'nt even receive my attempt of buying the game??

I did looked the Xbox status wich says everything is fine with the store.

What do I do ? ( I do not have any other credit card).

Hello! Okay I get several errors.

"Oops! You have found a glitch in our system! That was not supposed to happen"

"Your payment instrument could not be authorized. Please contact your provider, or try a different payment option."

"Your CVV could not be verified as correct. Please select 'Cancel' or choose a different payment option." *Even though i JUST made a purchase with this SAME card 3 days ago* The CVV code was correct, along with the card number, expiration date along with
billing information. I work at bank of america and This card is from bank of america. There is NO issue with the information on the card.
