Can't choose class, only giving random default classes - Modern Warfare 3

The new patch for Call of Duty Advance Warfare are affecting those users on the Xbox 360 and PS3, where the game will freeze upon selecting a class, or won’t let you spawn in online mode.

Possible fix: Try delete all of your classes and use only default classes (basic weaponry).

Its jist is probably according to MS I cant name a class assault in modern warfare because the first three letters i guess.

I am a mix of both in every shooter. I am always on the front lines getting kills, but I always do things that support the entire team. For example, in Modern Warfare 3 I am always running the Support class. I generally use the Recon Drone and Advanced UAV
and EMP. All things that support the team and not only me. In Battlefield 3, I only use the Support class and I am constantly shelling out ammo to people who have the ammo symbol above their head signifying that they need it.
