Can't check out all collections anymore, why is that?

I browsed around that section all the time, so I probably won't bother checking out Xbox Videos much anymore if that section is no longer there.

Clearing my MAC address or changing DNS won't help me I think. As I said, I cannot collect rewards at all, so not on my Xbox consoles, not on Windows PC or Android smartphone.

It was working just fine before my vacation to Asia, so no idea why it's not working anymore.

I guess, there isn't that much I can do, but steps I tried fixing this issue were using different devices (Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Windows PC, Android Smartphone, different browser and apps like bing), logging out and in again and changing the selected location for my profile (I'm located in Germany). Nothing worked..

Also, I reached out to the Microsoft Rewards team as recommended, but didn't get a response yet.
