    Cant check my Payment History!


    It can't load my payment History and i need it to get my 12000 fifa points, need to proof it is paid and that can only happen with a screenshot of my history on xbox.com but it doens't load! Please help asap!

    You cant remove a payment option once you have a subscription on the payment option

    Are you sure its a subscription or a game?.

    You can check your billing history here or commerce.microsoft.com

    If you removed it then its not a subscription

    Are you sure itsnjot month to month?

    Hi i want to delete my creditcard from my account but i cant delete it. I receve a message like its somthing pending to buy but i look on my history payments and its all looks good.. its writes all payments are finished.. but still i cant delete my creditcard

    Hello! To know if the game was 100% purchased, be sure to check your Microsoft Account payment history which can be found doing the steps below, and if it has gone through, try checking your "Ready to Download" library.

    To check your history:

    1. Go to
    Microsoft.com

    2. Sign in and click the button saying My Microsoft Account (Example can be found
    here).

    3. Go to payment and billing and it should be in your payment history.
