Cant check games I've played and achievement I've get on my console

I'm a member of xbox preview and after the last update I cant check games I've played and achievements I've get in the achievement section on my profile, on my xone. I can do that on xbox.com. When I want to check my gemes and progress in them in the achievement
section I've got informetion I should play some games and get some achievements in order to check them there. I can check games and achievements of other players, but cant compare mine game progress with thers also. I've contacted with staff member of xbox
support, we try many things, including restarting system to its default settings but none help'd. On my X360 everything is ok. He then advise me to post here, and says that this must be glitch connected to the last update. Thanks in advance.

Assassins Creed 2 Xbox One Achievements Pop up but don't Unlock

So I'm playing Assassins Creed 2 on my Xbox One and I'll get a notification pop up in game where I unlock an achievement but when i check my achievements trophy page it doesnt show up it doesnt even register that I've played the game...so....help? and before
anyone asks yes I'm connected to xbox live

Activity Feed

I seem to be having the same problem, im not see my activity feed items either on the X1 or in smartglass. If I check my profile in smartglass I see the most recent feed item is dated January 30th even though I've unlocked achievements since then. I
also tried posting a message with didn't appear.

I've fully power cycled both devices to no avail.

I think it was working yesterday evening but it was broken today. It also seems to be messing up my recently played games in the achievement app and in smartglass. The most recent game showing one I've completed on Jan 30th and I've unlocked achievements
in several games since then.

I still have this problem. I restored to factory default and did not work. I hate this. I asked some friends yesterday and they dont have this issue... What happened???

If you look in your microsoft acccount, you can see where logins have come from. You should secures it with two favor authentication and/or MS Authenticator

it could also be a glitch. Achievements are server side.

Bit of a bump to this but I've recently encountered this issue and it only started after a recent console update. When I check the achievement app it shows that I've unlocked them but I don't always get the 'plop' and the pop up at the time I unlock them.
I'm always connected online so it's not that and it seems to be happening across all the games I've recently played. Is anyone else still experiencing this?

Same here/ I have NEVER played on a different console, but today Reckoning tells me that I played on a different console, and now I'm earning achievements that I already earned. My gamerscore on my Xbox is going up wrongly, but my xbox.com profile says
my true gamerscore (prior to this error). Checking achievements on the console and in-game only shows the ones I've unlocked again, not all of the other ones I already had.

They're not showing properly on my XBox.com profile either.

Since it's easier to look at my XBox.com profile and see which of the achievements I've earned from the affected games that I'm getting proper credit for, I've taken a look a couple of times and funny enough, among the ones I get proper credit for with DoA4
is the 10 hours played achievement, and among the ones I'm not getting proper credit for is the 5-hours played achievement. Obviously I can't have the former without the latter.

On one of the other affected games, I've earned two new achievements, and it's still not giving proper credit for all the achievements earned. On DoA4, I think I've earned just about all the achievements I'm likely to earn already.
