Make sure your nat types are both open and make sure both consoles have the latest updates.

To check your NAT :

1. Scroll left from Home to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select Network.

On the Network settings screen, in the center column under
Current Network Status, the NAT Type field displays your current NAT type.



To find your Xbox One console’s operating system version:

1. Press the Xbox button
   to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings.
3. Select System > Console info.
4. Your OS version is located in the second row.

Note If you’re in the middle of a system update and need to find your operating system version on your console, pull both the left and right triggers and both the left and right bumpers
on your controller at the same time. The operating system version is listed as
Build and is the second line down.
