    When I try to get into chat or suppprt phonecall the name on the forn says "???" and I can change it so it doen't let me continue to the chet.

    I'm signed into my microsoft acount and my name displaes in Englisg.

    Would have added screenshot but it's not an option here (why?!?)

    Please help.

    All of this is so I can reset the family contros setting on my 360 Xbox. I don't have the passcode or sequrity question since we bought it from someone.

    Can't use the chat with Xbox support

    I wanna use the chat with xbox support, but it does not work for me. On pages like messages, friends, and chat with xbox, my account on the top right corner says Loading.... forever, I think that's not normal, and that's keeping me from using the chat with
    xbox support. I also can't use the chat with an ambassador support, it has the same issue

    Sorry to hear it. If you can't start a chat then you should give phone support a call and they can walk you through the reset procedure. Click the link below to get the number for your region.

    1 (800) 642-7676 Is microsofts usa number. It might not be the right number for the issue but they should be able to get you to who you need to talk to. If
    you are outside of usa they have a directory for support numbers. Have no clue how to find the directory though. Goodluck.

    That number will no longer work and will send you to the contact site. You have to request a call back or chat with support through the contact site.
