Can’t Chat With an Xbox Agent

I’m trying to get help from Xbox support however there is no longer a way to do it. I chose the option “do not recognize a charge” even though that’s not my issue and it took me to the virtual agent. There I told it I wanted to speak to a real agent but the only option it is giving me is the call option. Did Xbox get rid of their live chat option? I need help as a game that’s suppose to be in my library isn’t there.

No they still have the option. Just change the category/topic until you see it. I just tried one of the family settings options

1: It isn't x box it'sxbox and it's not micro soft it's microsoft 2: You can't return a delivered controller the controller has to be bought from a store to return it.

Hello Hussam Eddin, my gamer tag is [mod removed-personal information] and I have a complaint to make. I play this game called Halo reach and this game has been having issues. The issues that the game is having is armor
resetting every time you log into the game. If I try changing my armor to something else and I get off the game and log back in, the game resets my armor. The servers lag a lot when I'm in a game and the connection host is always laggy to play on. The servers
tend to lag a lot and I always find a game with a red bar and I'm wired with my internet so it shouldn't be lagging. The game will be teleporting and having issues and sometimes lagging out everyone. Please get back to me when you can.
