Cant chat in realm

I have a problem will mcpe chat I was playing in the realm with my friends and suddenly I cant see there there messages and they cant see mine and even the signs are empty this problem happened yesterday and I asked the admins and they said this is minecraft problem we didn't do anything and now I don't know what to do
