    can't changing my gamerpic


    Hello Guys,

    i have the problem that my gamerpic doesn't change if i do this on xbox 360 or in xbox live account here.

    I Changed the pic for friends and for all User on the xbox, but if i goes online like xbox.com theres not my selected one.

    I don't know why. I asked some friends. They haven't done anything else, but her pic could be seen on xbox360/one and on xbox.com

    I also tried to change the gamerpic online in xbox.com by selecting some pics of my avatar.

    What could be? thx

    Xbox One error code: 0x854f0000

    Cannot update gamerpic for over an hour now. Tried changing outfits. Nothing. Keeps reverting back to my last gamerpic saved.

    Any info on a beta?

    Someone else I know uses that Gamerpic so I was a little surprised myself.

    I can't imagine changing a Gamerpic once you've chosen it but I do have people who do that quite a bit as well.

    here in my account in the header on the right side is a hedgehog shown.

    This pic couldn't be changed and is displayed by my friends, if they connect me.

    Gamerpic rejection seems to not follow any ryhme or reason

    There needs to be actual guidelines on gamerpic restrictions. They can't keep leaving it to the whim of the enforcement team. I've had non offensive gamerpic rejected then got my account restricted then changed my gamerpic to exact same image and it will
    pass the next time. It's just insanely irritating.

    So dissapointed in microsoft.....think it might be time to buy a playstation..sad to say

    Now there restricting people's accounts, I can't even change my gamerpic and it's doing my head in.

    nobody available to talk to about this so looks like I'm stuck with it...
    There's a notification about gamerpics on the contact page. https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us Changing custom gamerpics has been temporarily disabled for everyone.
    It's not account specific.

    Please read the above replies.

    Due to the Enforcement Team being understaffed because of the Covid-19 pandemic, they can't keep up with the increased number of people trying to update their Gamerpics.

    Each uploaded gamerpic has to be manually moderated and checked if it's suitable to be used on a kid-friendly service.

    Since they can't moderate the increased influx of gamerpic changes with so few staff members, they TEMPORARILY disabled the function to change your Gamerpic.

    Please wait a few weeks, until the Enforcement team is working at full capacity again, and they'll enable custom Gamerpics again.

    Just be patient.

    Can't change gamerpic

    The gamer pic may have been deemed offensive and therefore removed. Check enforcement.xbox.com again in a few hours to see if it's updated. You will get an email if there is any enforcement taken against your account though.
