Can't change XBox details on my XBox360

Discus and support Can't change XBox details on my XBox360 in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I did what is said already. I cleared the system cache x3, deleted profile, cleared system cache x3 again, redownload my profile, then cleared system...     Can't change XBox details on my XBox360


    I did what is said already. I cleared the system cache x3, deleted profile, cleared system cache x3 again, redownload my profile, then cleared system cache x3 again.

    Did not work.

    What can I do again?

    Manage account only shows me US address options - how do I change my region?

    I have an Xbox360 that I have had for about 6 yrs now. I have tried to update my credit card details so I can watch Microsoft Movies and TV, but the payment details section only gives me US States as an option. I have tried updating my region on my account
    online, and it shows my correct address in Australia. I can't find a way to change the region on my Xbox360. Very frustrating, any help appreciated.

    Billing page only gives US States as options but I live in Australia - hoe do I change it?

    I am trying to add my Billing Information on my XBox360, but when it asks for billing details, the only options are US States. I can't find where or how to change 'tis to allow me to Eter an Australian billing address.

    The only place I'm able to do it on is the X360 app. I just want to be able to do it on my XBox, too.

    This is a current known issue Sanaes. Currently some members are only able to update their Bio etc... through the website and the option does not show on their console. Xbox knows about this and is currently working on it.

    This is a current known issue Sanaes. Currently some members are only able to update their Bio etc... through the website and the option does not show on their console. Xbox knows about this and is currently working on it.

    I tried to change my xbox360 location as was suggested and it won't let me for some reason. I read all the restrictions and can't see anything that would prevent me.
