    Hey thanks for the detailed step-by-step instructions!

    Unfortunately, with all these changes made in this order, the Xbox can't connect to the internet at all, just like before. After running the network connection test, it says "DNS is not resolving Xbox server names" and to restart the router. Did that and
    got the same error message again. The next tip by the troubleshooter on the Xbox was to set up a manual DNS, how can I do that?

    The NAT type is still listed as strict, even though I'm not even connected to the network.

    BTW: My ISP responded, saying the problem can't be solved from their side and referring me to manually opening ports, which didn't work before.

    P.S. Just enabled IPv6 again and not only could I connect to the internet again, the NAT type is now listed as OPEN! Finally Can't change 'strict' NAT type on Xbox One :) So, in the end, I guess it was the Teredo filter *** things up. Thanks to everyone here for their support and patience!

    May I ask if you've were able browse the Internet through the use of your computer during the process whilst you had IPv6 support disabled on your router?

    Yeah, internet worked fine ony my PC with IPv6 disabled; it was just the Xbox that wouldn't connect.

    Hey everyone I had this issue and found out that the reason was because of my NAT type being on strict so I tested my Nat type on the xbox one settings and this changed and updated it from strict to open.

    I can now open the Microsoft Reward App without it popping up "Change system location".
