    I for the life of me can't change my save location from my C: drive to my E: drive, I am at my wits end. I have tried changing permissions (which ended up only working on half of the stuff I changed it on), I have tried renaming and deleting existing copies of the WindowsApps folder from my E: drive, I have tried renaming the WindowsApps folder in my C: drive (which didn't even go through because something is supposedly being ran by another program), I would try manually moving everything from the C: drive over to the E: drive but half if not most of the folders and files in the WindowsApps folder wont let me change their permissions (also if it ends up I need to delete WindowsApps I need to move game saves to a backup folder but I can't do that either). Please can someone help me, I feel like I've had at least 5 aneurysms dealing with this.

    Edit: I also forgot to add that I have tried to use the "takeown" command in cmd to be met with and Access Denied error on some of the files

    Game not detected after reinstalling drive

    I tried restarting, but I still had the issue.

    I can't uninstall the game because it doesn't recognize that it is installed in the first place.

    I get error code 0x80070005 when I try and change the install location of new apps, but there are only steps for the Xbox for this code.

    I have administrator privileges.

    I have 350 GB of space available on the drive.

    I tried reinstalling Gaming Services but still get the error when trying to change the location where new apps are saved.

    Kindly try changing your default save location. Go to this pc.

    Then click the drive you are trying to change your save location to.

    Find a file named WindowsApps.

    Right-click and look for change name and change it to WindowsApps.old .

    And try to change again your default save location again.

    If it still does not work look for a file named WpSystem.

    Right-click on WpSystem and Press change the name and change it to WpSystem.old

    Error code i get is 0x80070005.

    Cannot find WpSystem in my folders.

    Tried to change 'where new content is saved' but C drive is the only place i could change it to.
