cant change renewal period for gold

im unable to change how often my subscription to gold renews from 3 months to monthly. Is it to do with being past due? Cause thats the exact reason i havnt renewed it. Its as stupid as an m night shamalan plot twist if i cant reduce my time between payments
for that reason. But hey, capitalism right?

Two reasons why

One you are more then 21 days into the 3months

You only are suspended for payment option if you are 21 days in without payment you already used 21 dayd of service

Also should be noted your best option would be call support before the 30th day so if you have been in suspension for more then 7 days you are out of luck

First pay off the balance go lift the suspension then Cancel then purxhase the 1months plans

Keep in mind xbox month to month plans dont have a grace period for refunds since there isnt any plans for weekly and free trials dont count

You cannot change your plan because you are 21 days or more into the current plan not ,before

If you had changed the plans before renewal you wouldnt have had an issue

Nope I've never been a silver member for a extended period. I'd always renew to a gold membership.

Hi there,

to be safe I myself would turn auto renewal off before using a Xbox Live Gold code just to prevent any issues with a renewal.

Keep in mind that Gold will run out at the end of the period and you will need to start a subscription again or use a new Gold code.
