    Cant change region!!


    Well... hi guys! i got a super problem! my xbox acc its very old as i see(but i never use because i use a ps3, just for the windows phone), last week i buy an xbox one but my region on xbox.com its set on Costa Rica but today is my 4 time talking with support
    and they cant fix this... i cant change my region to US, every time i try i get the red message "Hay un problema para completar ahora tu derecho de traslado. Comprueba la Página de
    soporte de cambio de zona geográfica     para asegurarte de que funcionará en tu caso y pruébalo de nuevo más tarde." and thats all... some guys of support tell me that everything is fine, they dont know why i cant change my region... some other say
    "create a new acc and thats all!" but men!! i mean wherer is the One place for all like windows 10? i dont wanna 2 acc Cant change region!! :( and ill try everything with the support, set all my acc to US and all! and nothing works! anyione can helpme or know something about this?

    So I cant change my region back to the US for three months? For some reason it wont let me change back to the US.

    Cant Change Region

    These are possible causes that are inhibiting the region change:

    •You changed regions within the last three months.

    •Your account is currently suspended (for example, if the credit card on one of your memberships has expired).

    •You have an Xbox 360 Entertainment For All contract.

    •You are a minor (as defined by applicable law) in your current region and will not be a minor in the region that you want to change to.

    •You are currently not a minor (as defined by applicable law) in your current region and will become a minor in the region that you want to change to.

    When Russia became a supported country, Microsoft made a migration tool available. It was available for about a year and was removed in November. Now it's not possible to migrate the region anymore.
