Can't change profile pic Because im not old enough but im on a adult account

I have the same problem, but my account is old enough to be an adult account, only problem is I can't change it to an adult account because of the new terms of use, can someone at Microsoft do it for me because if I lose my account im just gone get PS4 instead

From my knowledge, an adult account cannot make a child account have a profile picture. Meaning the account you wanna change the profile pic of will have to wait till the account is deemed an adult account (What that means is is that the birthday on the
account reaches 18 years old).

i download dragon age 2 on the website and im on a family plan and i can't download dragon age 2. so my boyfriend, he's the one with the head of the family plan changed me to the adult plan, and still i can't download. so he changed all the setting and still
can't download. but im an adult. why can't i download dragon age 2 for my in game item. but on was on a child's account thing first before my boyfriend changed my account to adult. i didn't even knew i was on a child's account.

When can we change our gamer pic through the website? Im not talking about the avatar ones, AND DON'T tell me you can't do it because it downloads to your console, if im downloading on my computer i should be able to change it on my computer, IS XBOX THIS
