Cant change privacy settings.

So im trying to change my account privacy settings because i cannot access minecraft multiplayer, whenever i tried to i got redirected to a page saying "Why can't i change my privacy settings?". It says its likely to do with being in a xbox family group, but im not in any. I cant find any other solutions that work on the page. Im not in a microsoft family either.

If your account is underage you will need to be in a family group and an adult account will be able to change your account's privacy settings.

I'm sorry to hear that. To be honest with you, looks like the system is detecting that you own a child account as you won't be able to see the page if it's considered as child.

If it's not considered as adult, you really need to add your account to a family account so you can change the settings. Here's how to add your account under a family account.
