    Can’t change Privacy Settings


    I am trying to make a Minecraft Realm but whenever I try to I get a pop up and a link telling me to change my privay settings. The problem is that Whenever I try to change my settings I get the message saying my “settings can not be retreived at this time”
    with no error code or anything. What’s going on and how can I change my settings?

    You will need to try opening this link account.xbox.com in a different browser or device if possible. We have read that there were some gamers who couldn't open the page on Safari (we don't know why), so if that's what you have tried we suggest you try on another browser.

    Did you try to sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/family/ ?

    Can you send me a screenshot of your account on the webpage above showing that you're not on a Family Group?

    Because if you're not on a Family Group, you should be able to change your privacy settings and shouldn't receive the "why can’t I change my privacy settings?" message.
