    Can't change privacy settings in Xbox


    I tried to join a realm in Minecraft, but it said that I had to change my privacy settings, in this link https://aka.ms/accountsettings, but when I get there it opens this website https://support.microsoft.com/es-es...ge-childs-xbox-privacy-online-safety-settings.
    I also found that in https://www.xbox.com/en-US/ The "Sign In" button is just text so I can't open my account in the Xbox website, I found another way to open my account but it also
    opens this website https://support.microsoft.com/es-es...ge-childs-xbox-privacy-online-safety-settings.
    I'm not in a family account and I checked it and I'm not underage in Xbox. In cleared cache and cookies and it keeps opening that website.

    I have had my account for ~8 years, but I still do think it's odd that back then I could play multiplayer no problem, but NOW I can't.

    If your account is underage you will need to be in a family group as a member and an adult account will be able to change the privacy settings of your account. I suggest to ask an adult to add you so they can manage your settings.

    If that is the case the original age put in to the account is under age. Is it tied to a family account?

    This page has some details on where to change the Privacy and Online Saftey Settings.

    I'm a bit confused about you saying you can't change the settings?
    If your birthday is set correctly     then there may be some restrictions or default settings for your account, that change with what region you're in, based on your age group. Outside of that, if you're in a Microsoft Account Family, an adult account would
    have to change the settings for your account.

    If you're account is of adult age, you should be able to make those changes.

    Can you let me know what error you're getting, or why you're unable to change the settings?
