Can't change privacy settings for minecraft realms

To change the Minecraft Realm privacy for everyone, follow these steps:

Sign in to your Xbox account.
Open the Xbox app and select “Minecraft.”
Select “Settings” and then “Privacy and security.”
Select “Change online privacy and security settings.”
Select “Everyone” to allow anyone to join your Realm, or select “Friends” to allow only your friends to join.
Save the changes.

can't find the seting in ether off those links. The first one takes med to microsofrs privacy setings but i can't find any thing other then delet difrent kind off data. And the orher just redurects to https://beta.support.xbox.com/.

I fixed my problem by contacting support, they told me to use my brothers account as a parent account and add my personal account as a child. My brothers account did not have the same website glitch and i was able to change my settings through his.
