    So I've just found out that I cannot change my name if the characters contain something like "Shi"

    I couldn't change my name to but I could change it to something like Sh izue, which is annoying.

    There could be multiple reasons why you're experiencing these issues, most likely this issue is due to any words that can possibly be identified as offensive, are not allowed on Xbox to help create a positive environment for all gamers. Try using a different word or a different combination of words. Hope this helps!
