Can’t change my profile picture to a custom one

Dude I’m having the same problem. My brother can change his custom profile picture with no problem and all my alt accounts can chqnge their profile picture, but I can’t. I’ve waited around three days and it still won’t upload the profile picture I want - and now I’m stuck with some generic Xbox one that I selected.

It's a server issue. It's happening to everyone. All you can do is it for it to be fixed.

Hi Lucas, I’ve been having difficulties with changing my xbox profile picture to a custom image on xbox and on the xbox app. It keeps saying that’s its done uploading but it’s not updating it has been doing it for the past 2 days but I changed it to a default pic on Xbox but now I can’t change it to a custom one

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you are having issues updating profile picture. This is due to Microsoft/Xbox disabling this feature temporarily. You can look at the notification on the
support home page.
