    The Xbox console companion app no longer has that feature, since the app is being replaced by the Xbox app. The only way at this moment to upload a custom gamer pic is with the Xbox One console.

    Honestly friend, I believe you will be perfectly fine. Nothing will likely happen, as I've seen some very questionable profile pictures out there. If it didn't allow it to go through, no enforcement should be taken against you so long as it never got actually
    posted for others to see. Even in that case though, they tend to just remove the picture and that's it. Just make sure it doesn't happen again for your account's safety and out of respect to other fellow gamers. I hope this was helpful and have a nice day.
