Can't change my privacy and online settings

Kindly sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings using the organizer account in that way they can manage your account settings.

Hello. Thanks for you answer. My account has been added as a member, but now there is another issue which I think is what's stopping from being able to change the settings.

I can't connect my account to a device. I've tried through my android phone, but it does nothing when it scans the QR code I am given. I've tried through my Windows 10 PC but it also does nothing. What can I do? The adult's account is connected to this PC.

If you can't access your privacy settings it may mean that you're still a minor. You need to ask an adult to add you as a member via https://account.microsoft.com/family so they can manage your settings for you.

Once you're added as a member on a family group, ask them to sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings so they can manage it for you.

Yeah, sorry. I logged into Microsoft family safety on my android phone. When I log in to my PC, it still says my account is not connected to a device, which makes it unable to change my settings (it says for Family safety features to work, my account has to be connected to a device).
