Can't change my payment option.

I have a new credit card and the old one don't work any more. I have and active Xbox live membership attach to the old Credit card. My membership expires on December 2014. I add the new credit card info in my Payment option, but I cant remove de older
one. Every time I try to remove de Old Credit card it said that I have to select an other payment option. And I can see that the membership is still attach to the old Credit card. How can I remove the old Credit card and And make the new one the only one.?

Can't change my payment option

I've been buying prepaid cards to use as back up cards for my subscriptions but it will not let me use the same type of card I've always used when doing so. It just says please wait and try again. I've done it atleast 7 times. I just bought the card, and
it's confusing that after years it changes. Please help.

Hi,

Just go to support and use the online chat and explain your problem. They will take care of it they are very helpful. I got a 12 month per paid card for my Gold membership so wanted to stop my credit card and auto renewal. I connected with support via online
Chat and they removed my credit card Info and stopped the auto renewal. Or call them.

I can't add points. Cna't see or change my payment info either. I am in europa. I can't change payment options either.

Hello gamer,

you can't remove entirely your method of payment you can change it and in that case you should provide another method of payment. For more information check this xbox support link:

I can't add any payment options is what I'm saying. My location right now as I type this from my Windows Phone is not the USA it is Trinidad and Tobago. In my hotmail account it is Trinidad and Tobago but here on this website it is USA and on the website
you gave me, also USA and it cannot be changed so therefore I can't add payment options.

When purchasing something, you have the option of changing the payment option. You can't use your Microsoft Account credits unless the price of what you're buying is less than or equal to the credit you have on your Microsoft account.

I have $23 and change in my Microsoft Account. I can buy RE4 for $19.99 using my Microsoft Account credits. I cannot buy Skyrim for $29.99 using my Microsoft Account credits. The option is greyed out on the change payment screen.
