    Can’t change my payment on my Xbox core game pass


    I went to try load into gta online and says I don’t have the game pass to be able to play online, so I went to check my subscriptions and it says my payment has been late since April. I’ve been trying to put a new card down but when I press confirm payment it says, “oops not sure what happened there please try again later”

    What do I do?

    Try on the website. Sign in to your account subscriptions dashboard at https://account.microsoft.com/services

    Game Pass is a reoccurring charge and requires a payment method to cover future payments. Another option would be to purchase Game Pass Core in the form of a voucher card. You can purchase them online or at a local retailer.

    i dont know if you guys can help with this but i bought an xbox game pass gift card which should give me java for free but it is still telling me i need to buy minecraft. can someone please help

    Hi,

    Xbox Live has not shut down, it's changed its name from Gold to Game Pass Core. Core is the basic Xbox Live system, while Ultimate is the more expensive tier.

    To play online you need Game Pass Core. Old Xbox Live codes still work and will be automatically converted to Core.

    They haven't changed the price. They will include at launch of the new Game Pass Core, 25 Xbox Game Pass games for you to play, and more games will be added sometime in the future. They also will not be taking away any Games with Gold you already have claimed.
