Can't change my name (not the gametag)

Ok, so I have this problem where i've changed my name on https://account.microsoft.com/profile/contact-info which is the only point the support is leading to when trying to change your name...
but the name on Xbox and microsoft store is still the old one. i've hoped that it would be fixed within a week or so, (thought it was just a delay..) but no. still the old name after 2 weeks.

Any help would be appreciated.

Might be posted in the wrong place... but the support pointed this as the only solution, as everything else was closed

Problem with gametag

Hello my name is and I wanted to change the gametag to Blastbear when I tried to change it writes me that the gametag in use and when I tried to add the person named Blastbear to my friends it writes me that the gametag isn't exist. what can I do
to change the name to Blastbear? I need help please !

why did it change my gametag name then try and charge me

 

You'll want to go to http://account.live.com and change your name there.

 

ok... For one unknown reason... i've been there... i've also change it... but now it worked...

Also changing the ms account name only changes the owners name

Also if this is because you got this account from another person DONT

You can't transfer accounts between people

 

Because you had to redownload the account or refresh

Also if this isn't your account being the reason why you are changing the name well accounts can't be transfer3d between people
