can't change my minecraft account password

I'll keep it short and simple, I put in my email to get my password changed yet never receive an email and when I click 'didn't get an email' they send me to their community forum, If I wanted help from the forum I would have gone there, to begin with, at least steam gives you the option of just asking a person and once you prove you own the account they give you a new password, I have the email that the Minecraft account is under just let me reset my password and play the damn game, I'm sorry if this comes off as angry or rude but I want to play Minecraft but I can't if Mojang's support is second to that of funimations

Thanks for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with Minecraft Pocket Edition. Have you attempted to reinstall Minecraft Pocket Edition? Also, you may want to change your password, here's an article on how to do so:
