Can't change my Gamertag !!!!!

HI

I want to change my gt on my pc with the xbox app but when I want to change it and press the button nothing happened, I can't even buy a new one.

I don't understand the pb, plus I cant use a console I don't have one.

You have created your own gamertag at signup so if you want to change it again, you will be charged

Purchasing errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to purchase something.

Also check if you can login at xbox.com and account.xbox.com and verify what GT is shown.

After that try changing the gamertag on both xbox console and via xbox.com

If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
http://support.xbox.com/contact-us they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

Yeah. Like I mentioned, not possible. But someone who works for xbox who can, could change it, then change it back. Just hoping someone on here does it so I don't have to deal with calling.
