    Can't change my gamertag on the xbox website.


    I've been trying to change the Gamertag that Xbox randomly generated for my account, but haven't been able to. I went through the process of checking the availability and then clicking the "Claim" button. But then it tells me there's an "Unexpected error".
    After going back to Xbox's home page and trying to login again, the login button no longer works, and the "Forbidden" error screen appears. It's incredibly frustrating.

    Try a different browser type Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, if not from an Xbox One console, if you do not have access to it try from the browser on a mobile

    Try using a different browser, like Microsoft Edge. If that still doesn’t work for you, change the GT on a console.
