Can't change my Gamertag at all..?

I can't change my gamertag at all... even if I make a unique and random one it still says it taken. I claimed 'Dream' and its been doing this every since, I can't even get the gamertag I claimed.. help please.

Ukraine is not a xbox live supported country so you will run into issues.

Not much you can do.Your billing,account & actual location must all match.If they don't then you will run into all sorts of problems.

I've been trying to change my gamertag but it keeps giving me this 801540A4 error code. I try looking the code up but nothing happens..What's going on?

 

Forum support cannot assist you in this matter. If when you search for the GT
HERE it comes up as taken, then another user has already claimed the GT. That is the only way to check the availability.

 

Once again an amazing original gamertag is wasted because dream is taken on an inactive spaced version. I just searched it. Its literally sitting there not being used in a spaced version. Please microsoft clean up these inactive spaced gts!!
