    I tried to change my payment option with a prepaid card but it shows a weird error code:

    can't redeem my creditcard

    i can't redeem my creditcard on xbox when i try to buy anything, i keep getting the same error and it says that the card has been blocked? i can use my card anywhere else but not in the xbox store? please help me...

    I can't change my gamertag and getting this error:

    I've a creditcard and also 10€ balance.

    Also I can't create a club, this shows me, that I need to go to xbox.com and change Privacy, but privacy is completely okay...

    In order for you to be able to use a credit card from Switzerland you'd need to make sure your country/region is also changed to Switzerland. In order to do this, please visit this page
    here and you should be able to migrate your account from Germany to Switzerland.

    My issue is similar. I've changed all my info to state that I am in Australia, yet when I try to put in my credit card the country defaults to USA and there is no way to change it. I've gone through my profile multiple times, it all clearly states I am in
    Australia with an Australian timezone with a card from an Australian bank,etc

    Cancel subcription, lost account details

    Spoke with the Microsoft customer service. They could not retrieve / find my account.... They can charge me every year via their financial systems but in the support systems they can't find me.....

    The creditcard company also can't cancel a subscription, the only way i can do it is to terminate my creditcard and get a new one....
