Can't change my bio.

On the website, it won't give me an option to edit my profile. It will only give me an option to change my gamertag. If the website is getting updated, when will I see the option to edit the rest of my profile? Thanks to all who reply.

Unable to view/edit name, location and bio on my console

@SpeedoMonkey98, I have the same problem as you right now, I can't change my bio from my Xbox and I can't find the thing on the site to change my bio. I really hope they find the reason for this and fix it soon.

I can't change my bio online and i can't change it on the xbox either. Seriously, Microsoft needs to fix their website. It's so unprofessional.

Same problem here. Surely Microsoft didn't just forget that people can't edit their profiles on their Xbox if they've done it online, right?

 

Its one thing to forget to put it on the website, but it does nerve me how you cant even edit it through the console either.

 

It's passing me off someone lemme know if there's a fix

I suggest trying the
Edit Profile page. That should help you get your bio changed.

This works. but with the new website there is not an edit profile link, had you never given the link, we would have previously assumed that MS removed the option of editing your bio from the website

I have this problem and when I went to change it from Mister Cerb's link nothing is coming up on my bio now. I'm just gonna wait a bit and hopefully it'll change momentarily. Did it like 10 mins ago.

 

Honestly, Microsoft did this intentionally so you are opted to power on your xbox to do it with a controller.

How hindsight do you have to be to recognize Microsoft live team are, quite honestly- idiots, and can't and will not fix it.

Very reason why I won't pay a year subscription is because of this LOUSY service. I'll play PC games. I give MS 1/10 stars for bad support and customer service.
