Can't change my billing address

Hey -

So I wanted to watch a DVD on my XBOX One, and I had to download an app through the Microsoft store. Well, the app was installed for the Console to read region 2 (Europe/Asia) DVDs, and my DVD is region 1 (USA). I bought the DVDs and the XBOX in the United
States.... I used to live in Sweden 5 years ago, but I thought that I had migrated all my stuff when I moved to the US (I guess not the Billing Information).

In my Microsoft Account, my profile says that I am in the United States.
HOWEVER, under my payment options my Microsoft Account is still in Sweden.
I CAN'T SEEM TO CHANGE THIS. The currency for my account is in Swedish, too. And all the support emails that are automated are sent to me in Swedish.
Obviously, there is something in my account that is still indicating me as living in Sweden, even though I moved and have been living in the US for the past 5 years.

As you can see in the screenshot of my payment options, my currency is still listed as Swedish Krona. There is something in the account stating I am in Sweden, even though I have updated everything else to be in the US.

I have tried changing my profile information, adding and removing payment methods, and migrating my Microsoft account to a different country. Nothing has worked.

Help me.

We suggest signing in to the Xbox website with your profile (Microsoft Account). Once it's signed in go to Xbox Settings (top right corner) and select the

Change 360 account region. It will ask to verify your identity (security code), once you verify change the region to region 1 and give it another shot and keep us posted!

Thanks! I tried this and it told me that I had already changed my region in the last 12 months...

But! I did do some other snooping around and I noticed in my
billing profiles that I have two profiles. One is in Sweden and the other in the US. My next question is then, how do I delete the old profile? I obviously do not need both profiles, since the Swedish address will not be used again.
