    Can't change my Avataar!!


    Can't change my Avataar!! Keeps asking for Silverlight.. even after a full download and installation.. I still can't customize my avataar.. and my Xbox Extras Avataar doesn't upload..

    System is running on Windows 10 64 bit OS.. and the problem occurson both of my browsers.. IE & Chrome..

    Can't change my WLID

    Im trying to change my WLID for another existing one but I always get the same error message after signin in with the new WLID and password :

    Can't get information from XBOX live. Try again later.

    with the error code 8015D000

    Of course, I double checked all the login/password stuff

    Can't change my gamertag

    Ukraine is not a xbox live supported country so you will run into issues.

    Not much you can do.Your billing,account & actual location must all match.If they don't then you will run into all sorts of problems.

    Hi Bane,

    As you're running Windows 10, go to the Store and search "Xbox Avatars" - download that app and you will be able to customise your Avatar using that.

    Let us know how you get on.

    I found this on the net yesterday, I checked and checked again, I also tried typing with an USB keyboard to be sure… Didn't solve anything…

    Both my old and new WLID use a custom domain name, is that possible that it is the source of the problem ?

    Well on researching your particular error code it comes up as an invalid email address. Double check that you're typing the email address in properly. One person on the net accidentally used the hyphen instead of a period.
