    Hi.. my son recently recieved xbox 360 as a gift and we are trying to download games but it's not allowing us saying "not available in your region", we choose other for locale since Philippines is not on the list. We are trying to change the locale but
    it's grayed out. Checked other threads for the problem but the reasons for it being grayed out doesn't apply. Recently installed xbox, no past due, and it's under my info not my minor son and internet connection is just fine. Please help anyone.. thanks!

    The xbox must be from the region the game is locked to, if it's a internet issue, use a VPN.

    It is because you DO not live in an xbox live region

    And it doesnt matter which location you pick you dont live there that what it is checking

    If you live in a locale not supported by the Xbox system, you can't create a profile to play Xbox LIVE successfully.
