    Can't change home Xbox anymore, but I never have


    On my account I have many games I have bought on it, and I'm trying to make the home Xbox for this account on my brothers Xbox so we can play the same games and not have to buy them twice. It's not letting me change my home Xbox, but I have never changed it
    before. Is there a I can get still change the home Xbox, like reset the amount of times it's been changed?

    I want to set my xbox as my home xbox, but i can't it doesn't show me any kind of messange, i do the thing and it says that now is my home xbox but it never changes.

    It says you can't change your home xbox 3 times, even though I never did change it. I have to wait a year now. What do I do?

    We cannot help you. You will need to contact official directly and see if they can reset it for you. There's no guarantee that they will, but if anyone is going to be able to do it, it's them.

    Change the password on the account and make sure the new one is set as your Home console.

    That way she can't use the account anymore and can't play any of the downloaded games on the console.

    Why can't I play multiplayer games?

    Those have all been set. As I stated in the original post, I have never changed any settings on my Xbox profile. I've had Xbox for over 10 years, and I've had this email address and account for about 10 years. I have never once changed it settings and I don't understand why I can't access online multiplayer. Yesterday morning I was able to access it, and then last night I got on to switch my payment process and then next thing I know I'm not allowed to access online anymore. None of those settings were ever changed on my account, they are all set to allow me to play online. So I'm still at a loss as to why I can't access online
