    Can't change gamertag, create club or even join a club


    Hello,

    I can't change my gamertag and getting this error:

    Purchase-3001

    c9cc1c41-c491-469e-ae41-ea8b0ed6cd07

    I've a creditcard and also 10€ balance.

    Also I can't create a club, this shows me, that I need to go to xbox.com and change Privacy, but privacy is completely okay...

    Same for joining

    Cant join clubs or make them on pc.

    I can't join clubs even tho my settings says that i can create and join clubs i still can't and get an error message saying i should change it.

    Can anybody help me?

    I'm sorry to say it's nothing help for me,I can't even create a Forza horizon 4 club. Yesterday i test my xbox setting：if I choose the xbox privacy and online security setting‘create or join a club’ to ‘forbidden’，I
    can't get into the ‘club’ interface in game; when I choose to 'allowed',I can browse the ‘club’ interface,but still not allowed to create or join any clubs. I don't know why is it.

    And you have a golden membership? Only with the golden membership you can go to the club. If you do not have it, you can not join it.

    Another issue might be in your privacy settings and you do not have that content allowed.

    Already answered that question in a previous post :) It is for all clubs, not for a specific game. But the club I want to join is for Forza Horizon 4 yes.

    Also can't create a club either. Same error.
