Can't change gamerpic

Hello, when I signed in earlier today, I had my gamerpic I recently change to but when I signed into a few around 10 minutes ago, as of me typing this, I noticed I had my old avatar icon, so when I went to change it back, it said I can't because of "past
behavior" but when I check the enforcement page it said I had a clean record, I am unsure why this is happening, I have a few ideas of why but without something on the enforcement page I have no idea of what way to go

The gamer pic may have been deemed offensive and therefore removed. Check enforcement.xbox.com again in a few hours to see if it's updated. You will get an email if there is any enforcement taken against your account though.

It's best to create your own thread instead of bumping an old one. Once you change your gamerpic on the One, you can't revert back to a 360 gamerpic.

Due to the Enforcement Team being understaffed because of the Covid-19 pandemic, they can't keep up with the increased number of people trying to update their Gamerpics.

Each uploaded gamerpic has to be manually moderated and checked if it's suitable to be used on a kid-friendly service.

Since they can't moderate the increased influx of gamerpic changes with so few staff members, they TEMPORARILY disabled the function to change your Gamerpic.

Please wait a few weeks, until the Enforcement team is working at full capacity again, and they'll enable custom Gamerpics again.

Just be patient.

Once you change your gamerpic, you can't go back to a 360 one.

Hi! Xbox 360 image packs or gamerpics can't be used on the later Xbox's, we just don't have that feature yet, and once you've change your Xbox 360 gamerpic to something else on the later gen Xbox's, then you can't change it back to any Xbox 360 gamer pic.
