    Can’t Change Gamerpic


    I was on my phone and got on the Xbox app to change my gamerpic. Well I got these. I chatted with Xbox Support about this and the lady told to post this in Account Suspension Forums. And couldn’t find what she was talking about. And this was the closest
    thing I could do.

    i can’t change my gamerpic because when i made my account it was set to child. if i put a family member on my account can i then change my gamerpic?

    I can’t change my gamerpic

    I was given a enforcement action on February 1 and it ended February 16 but till now June I’m not able to change my gamerpic telling me I’m blocked even tho I wasn’t notified About the action till I recently i wasn’t given a real reason for the action
    against me and I would like help I went to the support and they couldn’t help me and I can’t submit a review bc the case ended somone help. And to a hint to Microsoft GET A REAL ENFORCEMENT TEAM NOT COMPUTERS

    changed my profile picture to many times and was given a 4 day suspension with the reasoning being my gamerpic. i can’t play online, talk with friends, upload clips, etc. But i can still change my pic

    i am still able to change my fusing gamerpic. but i’ve been suspended and restricted from changing my gamerpic. idc if i’m able to change it or whatever but why does this mean i can’t play online or talk to friends. also all i did was change my picture to many times, it was inappropriate.

    This option is momentarily with this problem, many people are not able to change, when normalizing do not forget to check the format and content of the figure if it is in the standards allowed by Microsoft.
