    Can't change gamerpic on One.


    For some reason when on my console, I can't change my gamerpic to an avatar pic where I pic a pose. I can choose one of the standard gamerpic but when I try to make my own it automatically reverts to my old one. I'm the only one on my console with this issue.

    When I change my gamer pic it still shows my 360 one PLEASE HELP!

    It's best to create your own thread instead of bumping an old one. Once you change your gamerpic on the One, you can't revert back to a 360 gamerpic.

    Hi, yeah that does sound very weird, what about changing your gamerpic through the website? If you hover over your gamerpic at the top right of the screen and select 'profile' you can got to the avatar editor and take a gamerpic there.

    It's weird. It will change on here but the pic on my console is still the same.

    If your avatar has a prop, remove it and try again. Can't change gamerpic on One. :eek:)

    Hey, Extensive Inc! Wee Bear is definitely on to something with troubleshooting. We are aware that some users are experiencing issues with certain avatar items not saving, so give that a shot. If it works just fine, please post up a new thread detailing

    In that case then you can't.

    Once you change from a 360 gamerpic to a xbox one pic or avatar pic then you can't go back to a 360 pic.
