Cant change gamer pic

Hi keep having an issue when I try to upload a custom pic using the xbox app on my phone it says couldn't upload or something like that try again later been trying for almost a month already uninstalled and reinstalled it even tried the beta version of
the app still wouldn't work. Is there a different way to change it without the app or a usb thumbdrive on the xbox itself? Or maybe a fix.

It's the same for everyone so just a case of being patient and waiting for the temporary block to be lifted im affraid.

Hi there

The following Services are currently disabled:

- Uploading of custom Gamerpics

- Uploading of custom club pics

- Uploading of custom club backgrounds

The massive spike in usage of Xbox live network has caused problems around the ability to moderate these customised images.

It is a short-term thing. Microsoft are currently looking at the whole moderation process to make improvements.
