    So last week i changed emails a few times between 2 accounts to try to link my Microsoft account with the right email so i could link it to my epic games account to share skins from my Xbox to my other systems/accounts. So it said i did it too much and to
    wait til next week, so i did. That was Sunday. Didnt work so I figured it meant a full 7 days. Its been 7 days and i tried to change the emails a few minutes ago and its still saying to wait a week. I cant link my accounts and now im stuck. How much longer
    do i have to wait and/or what do i do?

    Sorry in advance if this is in the wrong category. Didnt see any tags for this specific issue and this is my 1st time using these forums.

    That's ridiculous and EXTREMELY inconvenient. I had no way of knowing any of this was a thing beforehand. Fairly new to Xbox and tying accounts together...😢

    I dont think it was 10. I certainly hope not. Epic games account won't link because it automatically grabs for the email for the account that was already on another 2nd epic games account. *sigh*

    Emails can be changed 10 times a year. You will have to wait until next year to do it. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    When you say that you changed emails a few times last week, how many times do you think you changed them?

    Was it 10 times? Because to my understanding, it can only be switched 10 times per year.

    "You can create up to ten new aliases per year, for an overall maximum of ten. Deleting an alias removes it from the overall count, but not the yearly limit."

    That's from an older topic though, so I'm not sure if that has changed since then. Hopefully someone with a little more experience with this issue will be able to assit you.
