    Cant change dob on child account


    Hi I changed to dob on my child's account from adult to child as I couldn't see what activity he was doing now he cant play certain games and communicate there is no option to change it again it's in bold

    Is there a time limit in between changes

    Please help a bad dad atm

    Sorry it sounds like your issues have changed things in ways you did not expect. Go here https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/family-online-safety/browse
    and check out the differences between the accounts. I would believe the time limit would be until the account changes from a child account to an adult account.

    As Brad mentioned. Once an age is set it's permanent. While the system will let you change the D.O.B anytime. It won't recognize the new D.O.B This is to prevent kids from changing their ages to bypass things.

    Yes should be able to change it as long as you're on the parent account and it's done on a PC..
