Cant change DNS settings, always reverts the primary DNS to 0.0.0.0

Hi! I'm having a problem, i cant change my Xbox One DNS, when i change it and save it wont save the primary DNS, only the secondary. How can i fix this problem?

Can't configure manual DNS settings

I'm having problems configuring manual DNS settings on my Xbox One.

I input the values for Primary and Secondary DNS normally, but the value for Primary always ends up being 0.0.0.0 and the value for Secondary gets the value I entered for the Primary.

Seems like a bug to me.

Is there any workaround?

Username: Not Set

Password: Not Set

Service Name: Not Set

Advanced Settings

Host Name: Not Set

Alternative MAC Address: Not Set

My issue is that it doesn't revert back to 0.00.00 but stays fixed as some bizarre f80::487ce: etc..

 

Hoping to bump this, having the same issue with my primary and secondary DNS fixed with some "bizarre" setting, and unable to change manually (always reverts back). I am using an Arris TG862 xfinity router.

Xbox support had no answers for me in my most recent chat.
