cant change credit card

I owe 100kr for xbox live on a expired credit card, I cant replace it and pay it off with my new one?

Use Voucher not credit card.

I jus brought a $10 voucher its on my account and also my credit card is on my account when I go to buy something it says its going to charge the credit card not the voucher. How can I change that without out removing the credit card? (I have my gold membership
on my credit card so I cant remove it)

so my main problem right now is trying to update my credit card info on the xbox but evertime i type in all the correct info and stuff error 8c320008 pops up after i press done so i cant change the expiration date on the credit card so i cant buy anything
on the xbox.

 

this is so annoying, i have tried everything, but i cant replace the card until the debt is paid with an unexisting card

 

Sorry to hear it. You should be able to add your new card and set it as the primary at commerce.microsoft.com.

From there you should contact phone support to let them know of the change and to charge the amount owing to that card.
